VASTBERADEN PERSONAL PROGRAMMING

Get the most Vastberaden experience of all with our new personalised programming!

Together with head coach Marco you will work on your weaknesses, injury (prevention) and/or strength. This program is accessible for anyone with at least 6 months of Vastberaden under their belt and the will and time to put in the extra work.

The process starts with an intake after which you sign up for the app TrueCoach where Marco will guide you through your specific program using personalised programming and video reviews.

We will kick off this service as of tomorrow Februari 1st.
