Welcome to Crossfit Vastberaden’s outdoor location!

While we wait for the reopening of our gym we are happy we can train with you outside. With a buddy, at a safe distance, and a coach! Read along for the when, where and how.




Monday: 12:00 – 13:00 @ Ertskade

Wednesday: 12:00 – 13:00 @ Bogortuin

Saturday: 9:00 – 11:00 @ Ertskade

Sunday: 9:00 – 11:00 @ Bogortuin

(You can sign up for any of the 5 minute slots to start your workout, WODs last approximately 45 minutes)

How to join an outdoor workout?

  1. Sign up through MindBody (with a buddy if you want!).
  2. Go to the Outdoor workout videos and prepare for your workout.
  3. Dress warmly.
  4. Bring: your phone, water, gloves and a mat if you want one!
  5. Be on time! (not early, nor late.) To early? Please wait at a safe distance.
