Experience:

Strict handstand push ups 

*every round starts with 30 double unders (or 30 penguin jumps)

 

 

Workout 2

Beginner

4 Rounds 

10 back scale (each)

20 Jumping lunges (10 each)

 

Intermediate 

4 Rounds 

10 back scale (each)

10 triple jumps 

 

Experience 

4 Rounds for time

10 jumping back scale (each)

10 Triple jumps
