Beginner:

Amrap 15:00

40 chair taps

30 air squats 

20 wallsit marches

10 burpees

 

Intermediate:

15:00 amrap

40 chair taps

30 jumping squats 

20 wallsit marches

10 burpees

 

Experienced:

15:00 amrap

40 chair taps

30 alternating pistols

20 wallsit marches

10 burpee tuck jumps

Repeat workout : 30 April 2020

 

Beginner 

10 Rounds 

5 Tower pull ups 

5 Tempo Couch push ups (1 sec up, 3 sec down)

 

Intermediate 

10 rounds for quality (heavy day ish)

5 Tempo towel pull ups (1 sec up, 3 sec down)

5 Pike push ups (1 sec up, 3 sec down)

 

Experience
10 Rounds 

4 Tempo Strict handstand push ups (1 sec up, 3 sec down)

8 Tempo towel pull ups (1 sec up, 3 sec down)

COVID-19 closure

On the 14th of december the government announced we are going back into a nation-wide lockdown for at least five weeks. Of course both team Vastberaden and team Heldhaftig have a plan ready for this scenario. We are committed to do all that we can to get you through the upcoming weeks as fit and flexible as possible!
