Every week we upload several workouts you can do at home and without any equipment! The coach takes you through a warm-up, workout and cool down step by step, going through all movements and adjustment options.

Miss the community and want live coaching? We got you!
Our Vastberaden coaches guide you through a live workout on Zoom where they demo, instruct, watch you and give feedback! This is a great way to stick to a workout routine and keep in touch with fellow members.
