1-6) 4-8 Leg supported chair dips

7-12) 8-12 Couch push ups

 

Part B: 

40-30-20-10

Jumping chair taps

Sit up with twist 

 

Intermediate & Experience 

Part A:

Emom 15

Min 1-5) 5-10 Pike push ups 

Min 6-10) 8-12 Push ups 

11-15) 10-15 Couch push ups 

 

Part B: 

50-40-30-20-10

Jumping chair taps
