Workout 2 

All levels

“Brenton”

5 rounds for time

100 feet bear crawl (100 feet = 30 meter)

100 feet broad jumps (100 feet = 30 meter)

3 burpees after every 5 broad jumps

*sub walking lunges if you feel silly doing the bearcrawls

*wear weight vest if you have one
